My name is Richy Jing, and I\u2019m currently pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics at Carleton College (Class of 2027). My academic interests center on quantitative analysis, finance, and data-driven problem solving. At Carleton, I\u2019ve built a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics while engaging in courses that emphasize both rigorous theory and practical application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Outside the classroom, I\u2019m a varsity tennis player, competing at the No. 1 singles position and earning All-State honors in 2024 and 2025. As a team member, I help lead practices and coordinate training schedules, balancing athletic commitments with my academic goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">On campus, I\u2019m also a researcher for the Carleton Investment Group, where I\u2019ve developed skills in accounting, valuation, and industry analysis. I enjoy applying quantitative frameworks to real-world problems, whether through coursework, investment research, or professional experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Looking ahead, I aim to pursue opportunities at the intersection of finance, technology, and data analysis.
